Brief history
of the Institute: |
| The
Institute of Geography is one of the oldest Institute in Mongolia. Firstly, In
1926 was established Cabinet of
Geography under the Sudar-Bichig Institute and in 1962 organized as a Institute
of Geography of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (IGeog-MAS).
