Comments:

A dry run today. All day I was trying to rehydrate after a dry Thursday, but somehow it was not enough. Run started fast, and I pushed throughout the run, and made a sub-1:05 10k, which is not bad. Writing this now I don't know whether this is a PR or not because I don't have my records with me. Anyhow, it was a fast and dry run. At the end, dry lips, dry throat, dry skin (alarm bells here... remember Two Hills Too Soon?) = all the signs of severe dehydration. Going back, dropped my Caltex and got mein usual 100 plus, and drank almost 3/4 of a litre, coming home I still weighed at 141.4 lbs!!! This is the lowest since 10 years I guess.

Postrun: Dehydrated and tired.
Characters: Four elite runners zooming thru the path. They are doing at least 5k, I suspect possibly 10k.
Postrun +1d: Right knee kind of sore.
