| Children of the Corn 666! |
| More Children of the Corn, I hear you cry through the corn fields...Yep, I thought I'd put up loads more stuff on COTC 6 as there is very little info on the net about this great cornette and there should be! So I've put up some pics from 666 and my review of the film! If you click here you can have a look at loads of quotes and the best moments from the film (which, as far as I'm aware, no site has done so far). This is an all new look page as I recently watched the film again and decided that I really like the main guy and girl characters, so my opinion of the movie changed completely, and I realised I loved it! I also saw Cotc Revelation and it's so brilliant that I am going to be working on a page about it, which I'll put up as soon as I can. Until then I hope you like these new pages! | Here's my review on Children of the Corn 666: Issac's Return! |
| Okay when I first saw this film I have to admit that I didn't like it one bit! But I recently watched it again and for some reason I realised that it is, in fact, one of the best of the corn films! It begins with another new character, the gorgeous Hannah, who goes to the fateful Gatlin in search of her mother (who had her adopted when she was born). There are many eventful occurances from the start. She gets run off the road by a loony driver, she meets the very fit Gabriel (shame about the name, isn't it) and she meets Issac...yep, the very same Issac from Cotc 1 played by Mr John Franklin! 'Yes he's back, back again, Franklin's back, tell your friends!' He has been lying in a coma in the Gatlin hospital for god knows how long and now he has awaken. And he hasn't forgotten He Who Walks Behind the Rows, which is one hell of a pity for the poor Galtiners. So he starts up his mad occult thing again. Mr Franklin was actually a script writer for this film and he did this brilliantly. He has some of his great preachy lines (you'll see what I mean if you look at my quotes page) and is still as much of a freak as he was in cotc 1. It's a shame that Mr Gains could not join him again as that would have been interesting but Franklin still does a good job. There are some great death scenes in this film, especially the ones which take place in the hospital, of all places. Don't worry I won't give away anything else but lets just say I liked them. The only thing I didn't like as much in this movie was the children themselves. They aren't half as scary or mad as in the previous films, which is a bit disappointing. One or two of them look, it has to be said, very geeky and do not pull it off quite as well as Malachai did- even though he was ginger and wore britches, he was still cool, goddammit! By the way I tried to find a pic of Hannah, played by Natalie Ramsey (shown in the pic below- which is one of the only pics I could find of her) but unfortunately there was absolutely nothing on her on the web. Apparently she is in Cherry Falls, which has to be my worst horror movie ever! I still think she's good in Cotc 6 though, despite this. I have no idea what part she plays in Cherry Falls as as she is no-where to be found on CF official site! (And NO I AM NOT PUTTING A LINK TO THE CHERRYFALLS SITE BEFORE U ASK!!! I know what you were all thinking!) In conclusion I thought Issac's Return was a superb Cotc sequel and all corn fans should definitely see it- it's far far better than 3 and 5, which shouldn't be given the time of day, I warn you now. |

| This is one of the only pics there is from 666 on the net, although I found a few pics of the geeky guy with glasses in it! So 'fraid you'll just have to look at Mr.Franklin, who doesn't seem to notice that the girl in the background is sitting down, shouldn't she be out killing someone or something?! |
