| Once, there was a teenager named Liz who was babysitting a pair of twins in order to raise money to pay for her phone bill. Liz left the kids to watch their favorite tv program while she did her homework and waited for her boyfriend to call. So when the phone rang Liz immediatly grabed it and said "Hey Kyle whats ," a strange voice interrupted her and said "I'm near." Liz heard the click of the hang up button and the dial tone. "Must be a prank." she thought and continued doing her homework. The phone rang again and Liz picked it up only to hear "I'm gettting closer." and when she demanded "Kyle this isn't funny" there was no one there. She pushed the operater button and asked who had been calling her house . "I'm sorry ,but i can't tell you that information ." "Its an emergency!"Liz responded. "Alright hang up a moment." So Liz waited. The phone rang again and when Liz picked it up the voice said "I'm at your home"and the caller hung up.The phone rang seconds later and Liz heard the operaters voice "The caller is on top of stairs! Get out! The police are coming!" Liz grabbed the kids and ran out of the house. The police later found a young man clutching a large butcher knife and a phone, walking down the stairs. |
