Flight Attendants
Once, a teenage girl named Kaitlyn was going to visit her uncle in Arizona for a month. Now they always played practical jokes on eachother so Kaitlyn decided that she would pretend to not recognize him. By the time the plane landed, she had it all worked out. She walked down the stairs and looked around, eyes passing right over him. Then, she paced around in circles and looked at her watch. "Do you see him?" An old flight attendant asked. "No, I'll have to go home. He must've forgotten." So the flight attendant followed Kaitlyn up the stairs. As she bagan to turn around, the flight attendant stopped her. "What are you doing? We're behind schedule, come on." And pulled Kaitlyn up the stairs.
It occured to Kaitlyn that this was an even better plan. All she had to do was get off at her house and meet up with her uncle later. "The next plane going back to Vermont is ours, but you'll have to wait 17 more flights unless you want to get off here and go to a hotel. "No, I'll stay here." Kaitlyn responded. And so she went all around the world, untill the flight landed in Vermont. Then it hit Kaitlyn, she had forgotten to call her parents! There was no phone on the plane! She looked outside for someone familar. "Do you see them?" Kaitlyn sighed. "No, but I can get home soon. Thanks!" But the flight attendant wouldn't let her leave. "I don't think so. Do you have any idea how much money you owe? Unless you have it- you're gonna have to work it off." The old flight attendant grinned.
Kaitlyn spent 7 years as a flight attendant. But, since she had never fully gotten a job, the flight attendant made her do it- every flight she worked on led her more and more in debt. One day, she saw her brother. She was about to say "Hi," when she realized that he could never pay off her debt. Kaitlyn just walked past him- it was no use. What if some flight attendants were really passangers who could never pay off their debt?
