The Night- Rider
In a small city in Mexico, there's a legend that is centuries old that still goes around. In 1768 there was a mexican killer wandering around the small city always killing people so mysteriously that no one knew exactly how he did it. Well, soon later the night-rider was caught and hung. So later in 1897, a person was discribing how his nieghbor started to go crazy and when the man went over to check on his neighbor, his neck was, how he explained it, "As red as a chilli pepper." Some say he was stangled to death, but nobody reported anyone being there to do it. But it happened to another person, and again no one knew what it was until it happened to a very wise man. The man put a dab of blood on the doorknob of his small cottage, turned on every light in the room and closed the shades on his windows, but before he closed them he said he had saw a skeletal figure in fog coming to his cottage. He had reported that it had not got in. He also said that he heard a slight clogging of hooves and it had gotten really cold. He said that it usually tends to happen at midnight, and you only had a couple of minutes to be prepared. If not prepared the night-rider would get in without anyone noticing and stangle you to death. Some say they still hear the clogging at midnight and prepare.
