Click-Clack
In the small town of Kentucky there was an old war veteran. His legs were blown off in the war, so the only way he could get around was by dragging himself with his long, long nails. He was also a psycho. He would come into town and disembowel people with his nails. So, because of this, people were ordered to go inside every day at exactly 6:00 p.m. and lock their doors.

One night a little girl asked her mom if she could play at her friends house. The mother looked at the clock, it was only 4:00. She told the girl to be home by 5:45 because that's when "click-clack" would come out. The little girl agreed and was on her way. she played and played and I guess she lost track of time because when she headed home, it was already 5:48. She thought, "No problem, I'll be home on time." But that's when she saw the ice cream man. She bought one, and by the time she was heading home again it was 6:00. People were locking their doors and calling in their kids. So she ran fast and she finally reached the street she lived on. But that's when she heard the noise, click clack drag, click clack drag. It got louder and louder. She turned around because she thought she was imagining it, but he was behind her. Meanwhile, her mother was inside getting ready for bed. She figured her daughter was inside sleeping already and decided to wake her. When she heard a pounding on the door, she thought it was click-clack and ignored it. But it was her daughter. The next day when her mom went outside to get the paper, she found her daughter's body and written on the tree in blood was, "Mommy, why didn't you open the door?"
