Fasina B. Akinsegun was born in Newark,New Jersey. He is a descendant of African people enslaved in Georga. He came to what we call the culture at the age of sixteen. He truly has a love and respect for Orisha. In 1999 after 31 years of searching and studying everything he could find, he was inituated into Ifa along with his son Ifamoroti (Ade Akinsegun). His inituation was performed in Isale,Oyo, at the Adimula Compound buy Dr. Ifabukunmi O. Adewale. He has and still is receiving training from (Nigeria) Oluwo Ifabukunmi O. Adewale, Ojubona Ojo Okediji, Awo Ifasogo Awolere, Awotunde Awolere, and (USA) Ifasola, Odele(ibay), Ogundele, Ifatosin. He is a member of the Atgbe Temple, Ikeja, Lagos.
