He was married to Sarah Bell LANGHORNE (daughter of John Trotter LANGHORNE and Elizabeth Baxter PAYNE) on 3 May 1837 in Maysville, Kentucky. Sarah Bell LANGHORNE died on 13 Dec 1883. Henry WALLER and Sarah Bell LANGHORNE had the following children:

768 x. James Breckinridge WALLER was born on 10 Aug 1858. He died on 3 Aug 1887.
