2043. James Breckinridge WALLER was born on 24 Nov 1926.⁽²¹⁾ He was educated in 1948 in Long Beach City College, Long Beach, California. Completed 5 GED tests to obtain his High School degree. Recieved Scholarship to Long Beach City college, but his father offered to pay his way to Palos Verdes Junior College, which is where his brother was attending at the time.

Went to Palos Verdes Junior College for 1 year, which is where he met Elaine. He then transfered to Santa Monica Junior College, where he attended for another year.

He died on 15 Jan 1999 in Palm Springs, California. ⁽²²⁾ He had Social Security Number 322-22-3894. ⁽²³⁾

James Breckinridge WALLER and Liane Antoinette PARDUNES had the following children:

He was married to Elaine Irene VIVAN (daughter of Elmer VIVAN and Ethal UNKNOWN) on 18 Jun 1949 in Los Angeles, California. ⁽²⁴⁾ He was divorced from Elaine Irene VIVAN on 3 Dec 1953 in Los Angeles, California.⁽²⁵⁾ James Breckinridge WALLER and Elaine Irene VIVAN had the following children:

He was married to Shirley VANERIS about 1954. No Children from this marriage.

He was married to Grace UNKNOWN about 1972. No children from this marriage.

He was married to Diana Mae BJORKLUND (daughter of Arthur BJORKLUND and Catrombome LILLIAN) on 17 Mar 1979 in Palm Springs, California.⁽²⁶⁾ Diana Mae legally adopted Irene Elaine on Feb. 6, 1984. James B. Waller legally adopted Diana Mae's son Robert John Bickel. There were no natural children born from this marriage.
