Tables and Frames (Assignment #11)

State the Problem:
	I need to make a webpage that includes more than one frame and a table according 
	to the requirements for the N241 class. It is due by midnight March 30, 2001. 
	I also need to write a stair for this assignment stating how I went about preparing 
	it.

Tools:
	Brain: I need to think on how I want my webpage to look, as far as the layout of 
	my frames.
	Books, lecture, notes: I need to read the chapter on tables and frames,  and the 
	notes, from my books and listen to the lecture on TV.
	Computer: I need my computer to create my webpage.
	Notepad: I need it to write the html coding.
	Communication Software 3.5: I need this program to ftp my files to the server 
	once I'm done.

Implementation:
	My plan was to imagine how I want the frames to look and then choose two topics 
	that I wanted to write about. I thought of my favorite sites and developed the idea 
	of using them. I was going to create a table with useful information, then find the 
	sites online and then find the appropriate backgound and graphics for my theme.

Algorithym:
	I went ahead and created three frames and then looked at my favorite sites and I 
	decided to write about travelling and astrology. I looked at the most useful links 
	I had on travelling and put them all together in a table. Then I prepared the page 
	on astrology by looking at the links I had before and used them for my personal 
	enjoyment. After I created all the appropriate links I went ahead and looked for 
	the appropriate graphics and background for my theme. I found a beautiful animated 
	background and graphics with airplane, stars, the world, and the saturn. They were 
	exactly what I was looking for. I also added some nice graphics for email. Finally, 
	I ftp'd the files on the server and checked if everyting was working. Everything 
	was fine except that my page was not visible on Netscape. So, I emailed my teacher 
	for help. I also added sound effect on the page about travelling but the sound 
	didn't work with the entire page. When I open up just that page I can hear the 
	sound effect but when the page opens up in the frame there is no sound. I tried to 
	find out if may be sound doesn't work with tables but I didn't read that anywhere. 
	So, I don't know what's wrong with it. I emailed my teacher for this one too. Still 
	waiting for the answers.

Refinement:
	I don't think I would have refined anything for this assignment. I'm very happy 
	with the way it is. I just wish to find out why my page is not visible on Netscape 
	and my sound is not audible.  I will be happy as soon as it's fixed...!!
