Q:8 What is "lossless" compression?
A: It means that no information is lost in the compression process. The final file is identical to the original.

Q:9. Give at least 1 problem with using CSS.
A: The major problem with using CSS is the browser support. Browser versions earlier than IE 3.0 and Netscape 4.0 do not support CSS. The newer versions of these browsers support different properties of CSS which makes it difficult to use a universal CSS that will be supported by different browsers.

Q:10. Who is the president of Rockman Et Al?
A: Saul Rockman is the president of Rockman Et Al.

Q:11. What does the "C-" mean when reading instructions for Emacs?
A: It means that you need to press and hold the cotrol key on the keyboard first, and then press the next key required for a specific command needed at the time.

Q:12. Why do you use beginning and ending tags?
A: HTML tags are containers that contain certain commands/attributes. There are beginning and end tags that are placed between the text. The text that is between those tags follows the tags' command. We need the beginning tag to give the command of where we want certain attribute to start in a text and we use the end tag to give the command of where the attribute will stop. Not all HTML tags need end tags. Some stand alone, but most need end tags.

Q:13. Give an example of your name written in default font style, then bold style, then italicized, the underlined. These examples should be displayed using an ordered list.

Q:14. Give 2 advantages and 2 disadvantages for using frames.
A: Two Advantages:
1) Frames enable parts of the page to remain stationary while the other parts can scroll. For ex. One may want to be able to see the navigational options, or banners.
2) Frames can put together information that is in different servers. One can use frames to put his own material together with the material from a vendor's server.
Two Disadvantages:
1) Older browsers do not support frames.
2) One cannot bookmark individual pages within a framed document. You can only bookmark the top-level framed document.
