| Midgets are wicked awesome dude... Today I overheard an hour long conversation about how funny midgets are... It just made me think, about how much has to be wrong with a person to give them the stamina to turn their brain completely off for such a long time... and it's not as if they had anything particularly insightful to say about them either... they just bantered the same crap, that I've heard other slobs on TV say, time after time, making them both unorigional and braindead. Since I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was, I'll lay it out for you... Ellapsed time | Subtopic of discussion --------------------------------------------------- 0 - 10 minutes - This was the broad intoduction to the gripping topic of the "awesomeness" of midgets, | uttered with all the eloquence of a homeless junky offering head for crack... | I really don't think that they even understood that they were making fun of them. 10 - 25 minutes - This whole section of time was devoted to the idea that "everyone should own a midget | and a monkey, so they could, like, make 'em fight." | The truly sad thing here isnt their attitude toward slavery, but how much they grunted | during this interval. 25 - 40 minutes - This time was devoted to how funny specific types of midgets supposedly are, real or | otherwise...This ranges from Amish midget to gay midgets, and finally to the crippled | and retarded... | OK, at this point, these people don't deserve to be called humans anymore... 40 - 50 minutes - This brief interlude was used only to reflect on thier feelings about "that show" on last | night that had midgets in it... There was a unanimous vote that more programming | should be devoted to midgets... 50 - 60 minutes - By this point, you'd think that they'd have run out of things to say about midget | "awesomeness," but it just doesnt seem to work that way. For the last ten minutes, all | sentences start with "dude," and end with "that would be cool." By then, I was more | than willing to chew off my own arm, if only to find something to stab them with. Sometimes I wish there was a way to make them understand how horrible they are, but when in groups, they tend to put up a barrier that is simply impenetrable to all logic and reason. Of course, I usually soon realize that it's just easier to bash their heads against a wall, than it is to help them, not to mention loads more fun. After listening to more than my share of this crap, I realized who was at fault for turning these ordinary idiots, into extraordinary idiot with violent, deranged tendencies... That's right folks, none other than our old friend MTV, and their slew of shows based on what I like to call "Asshole humor." I'm sure you've atleast heard of them. These are shows like Tom Green and Jackass, that try to get a laugh by being obnoxious assholes, alienating specific groups of people without being considered prejudice, somehow, and insulting people who don't know they're being taped. Many more have popped up recently on many channels in many unorigional formats. They need to be stopped... atleast until the next distraction that taints the minds of susceptable American youths, and all idiots everywhere... It scares the hell out of me to know that these jerks will probably stumble into the power necessary to make these sickening dreams a reality. that's enough of that folks... enjoy... |
