Lunch: sandwich (2 slices bread), apple
Dinner: 12 gyoza, pasta, chicken, bean curd, bok choy and tofu soup, cup of milk
Exercise: Weightlifting (45 min), Precor Cardio (30 min)
Weight: 183 lbs (83 kg)
Comments: 183 pounds. When the heck did I get to 183? I am a fatass. Damnit.
After my lunch, my stomach felt a little upset. I don't know if it's due to the carb blocker or not. Thank goodness for secluded little-used one man bathrooms in the upper levels of remote buildings.
No ill effects after dinner.

Breakfast: donut, 1 egg, cup of milk
Lunch: sandwich (2 slices bread)
Dinner: whatever
Snacks: apple, peanuts
Exercise: Weight Training (45 min), Precor Cardio (30 min), Rowing machine (15 min)
Weight: 183 lbs (83 kg)
Comments: No change yet. At this rate it will take me an infinite amount of time to reach target weight.
I figure I shouldn't take any for breakfast, cause my body will probably need those carbs in the morning. Assuming the product actually blocks carbs, of course.

Weight: 185 lbs (84 kg)
Comments: I am gaining weight. In four days I have gained two pounds. At this rate, I can reach my other target. By New Year's Day, I will weigh 215 lbs, and then I can join the WWE and become a weenie.
Verdict: This product sucks.

Comments: I think I'm going to start taking the pills two at a time, like it says. This absolute lack of any noticeable effect is starting to annoy. Oh, and I'm working on posting naked pictures of my torso. Be patient, ladies.

Comments: Sorry I don't have a real digital camera, so all the pictures are grainy. In the left, notice the preponderance of lard. The middle picture looks like a tree trunk. The one on the right has an artistic slant to it.
