| November 16, 2002 Well the game was a fluke, Checkmate?'s members weren't even told until a day or so after the game, and its captain says I didn't confirm it which I did last wednesday and this morning. Anyways, it wasn't all down the drain, we got a good practice with 8-9 people. Four or five people that said they were going to show didn't show, so even thought we didn't have the game, we had a practice and points have been taken/given to members respectively. I'm going to try and find a game next week with a better squad that will at least be on, expect it this Friday or Saturday. In other news, our main engineer didn't show, but our meds did, so I'm going to look for at most 2 more engineers. If you know any good ones, let me know! November 15, 2002 Night before the battle, hope everyone enjoyed themselves tonight, because I did. Anyways, party all night and get some rest, it may be a long squad game ;). November 14, 2002 HUGE update to the roster and teams, seems everyone wanted to join last night! Eight new members in less then 3 days, and 4 in less than 1! That's a 25% increase of members in the squad which now numbers 22. Also, the squad game agaisnt Checkmate? has been confirmed, sorry to hear that not everyone can make it, but I feel we got enough for the game (13-15 people). Anyways, this Sunday I might schedule a small practice if the game doesnt go according to plan, and everyone try to be on tomarrow so I can go over teams and such so I won't have to fill in like 50 of ya =P. November 11, 2002 Our first scheduled game against Checkmate? is announced! It's totally official time will be confirmed this Wednesday. In the meantime, check the schedule page for the current time choosen, and if you can't make it or have any questions e-mail me ([email protected]) or talk to me in-game. Suit up soldiers! November 10, 2002 I updated the attendance system, so it is now a bit more precise in how it will be run. Also, Light Powercell aka Meow has joined the squad, and tbro has returned. In other news, a small unscheduled offensive min-practice was held today in hp, and was very succesful. Expect a practice this Friday or Saturday, or maybe even a game since today's mini-practice went very well. November 8, 2002 I'm setting up an attendance page that will keep track of attendance points. If you miss you miss three practices or games in a row, you will be discharged from the squad. I've had enough of people not showing up, either you show up for practices or games or your out of the squad. You may be excused if you tell me in advance, but if you don't you will loose an attendance point. November 4, 2002 Hope everyone had a great weekend, for mine was rather busy. Anyways, Matrix VpR has rejoined from his long excused absence and Y~ has officially joined making that 13 active members. The minium requirements of all classes are done for offence, and 1 more class is needed for defense until i start the second wave of recruiting so keep an eye out for good people! In other news, Friday November 8th at 6 pm Eastern, we will be having a practice, so make sure you can make it. If you have any questions about scheduling, or I need to know a squadmate's schedule to make the practices and games flexible for all members, feel free to email me.
