IDHL Logos From Antiquity!!
The infamous "Fish Taco" belonged to the Shane Hockin spoiler team of 2001-2002. Came in 8th Place in spite of not choosing any players until after the 6th Round of the draft. Starred Marion Hossa and Keith Tkachuk.
The Ohio Raccoons are considered one of the worst teams in IDHL history. A spoiler team of Mike Phillips, they came in last place in 2001-2002, proving once and for all that there is something smelly in the state of Ohio.
Shane Hockin's Tallahassee team, the Terrible Tree Frogs, donned this logo during the 2001-2002 season. Famous for their ever-changing adjective, the Tree Frogs came in third place, only the be upset in the first round of the playoffs by Thor's Hammer.
Created by Mike Phillips, this proposed Alabama Punch Monkey logo was rejected by team owner, Shawn Boyle. Remaining logo-less cursed the team, which fell from first place in the standings to seventh and lost in the first round of the 2002-2003 Playoffs.
In the summer of 2002, Tallahassee owner came up with the idea of a logo vote for the new Tallahassee logo. The outcome of the vote was voided when it was deemed that all the logo candidates sucked butt. The Tiny Tim logo was one of the better losing logos. Tallahassee would later become the Armadillos
Tallahassee's Logo for 2002-2003, the Armadillos won the Dictator's Award for best record and advanced to the IDHL Semi-Finals before being eliminated by rival Thor's Hammer. The design illustrates the state of many Armadillos in Florida: dead and flattened.
A surviving team of the CMHL, the Kenora Thistles were runners up to the league owned Montreal Maroons in the first official year of the IDHL in 2000-2001. Look at all the pretty, prickly flowers. Ouch! They hurt!
Another CMHL team, the Montreal Maroons were a Hockin team until moving to the IDHL. The Maroons were league owned there, and surprisingly dominated and won the championship in 2000-2001, in spite of having their entire team chosen from a list from The Hockey News.
The Cleveland Comfy Chairs never existed, but if they had, they would have been one of those teams that never change their lineups and lose when their best players are day-to-day.  But doesn't that chair look comfy?
The new logo for the old Niles Nothings of the CMHL, owned by Mike Phillips, the Nothings have nothing to do with the IDHL, but nothing surprises me anymore. There's nothing to see here, folks. Please move on.
The old logo for two-time IDHL champions BIGTIM.  Now that Mike Phillips has a snazzy new logo that actually has something to do with a Big Tim (this guy is horror author H.P. Lovecraft), he will probably suck and regret changing anything.
Original logo for Angela Hockin's Paraguas Malvado team, 2001-2003.  Replaced by new logo designed by famous logo artist, Shanolo Hockirino. The blade of this older logo is a street hockey stick blade.
Second 2003 design for the new Paraguas Malvado logo by Shanolo Hockirino, rejected by management. It consists of an Evil Puck holding an umbrella. It represented the futility of resisting the overpowering acidophilic nature of the stomach.
