Use It Again Shop

Recycling second hand goods

IDEAs have a ‘Use It Again’ shop which recycles second hand clothes, books and bric-a- brac, and has been a valuable source of income for IDEAs, helping to fund our various activities.

We rely on a bank of community volunteers to run the shop, some of whom are IDEA Centre members who gain valuable work experience from this volunteering.

Sadly we have had to leave our current premises due to structural issues and are on the look out for a new location for the Shop.

Until new premsies are obtained we are trying to maintian the momentum by having regular sales of goods at the Resource Centre. Donations of items are still very welcome! Please drop at the Resource Centre during opening hours (No large items of furniture or electrical goods thanks) .
