What the House has to offer..

The open plan living area comprises of comfortable lounge, breakfast bar and kitchen.The lounge offers a flat screen TV, touch control and remote controlled lamps, a sofa bed and relaxing recliner chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has low level worktops, sink, separate ceramic hob and wall mounted oven and a number of other gadgets such as electric can opener and fold away ironing board

The ground floor bedroom offers a range of facilities to ensure your comfort while on holiday.These include: an adjustable single bed, a track hoist from the sleeping area over to en-suite bathroom, remote door entry control and intercom system to other rooms, wardrobe with fold down easy-reach rail, touch control lamps and TV.

The wet-floor bathroom offers good access to sink and shower area (with fold down shower seat),a high level toilet and the use of a shower/over toilet chair.

Upstairs there is a double room with its own en-suite bathroom facilities and lots of storage space.An intercom system runs between the main and guest bedroom.

Entry to the house is ramped and the interior offers open spaces and easy manoeuvrability for wheelchair users.
Door entry can be manually or remote controlled. Storage facilities by the entrance can be used for the storing and charging of scooters, power chairs etc if necessary and all bedlinen, towels etc are provided.
