The Ranch |

The ranch features 400 acres of ground in two parcels. There are 370 shares of Big Wood Canal and American Falls Reservoir water with supplemental decreed river water. The four pivots are all well maintained and under 5 years old. Our irrigation system was put in with future improvements in mind. Access to live water makes this an excellent livestock ranch. Thorn Creek and The Big Wood River both border the ranch which invites various wild life including deer and game birds. |
