Update: screw download.com! They won't let me publish a good and free program for less than $70!!! That just won't work. So guess what! Tucows is getting my business! They're free. Anyways, I'm sure you are all wondering what my program does. Think 'Aqua Dock' (you can get it on download.com), but then think 'faster' and 'free' and 'simpler' and 'open source'.

You can download Euphoria, 100% free, no obligation to buy (i.e. its freeware, not shareware). The $40 (marked down to $30 at the time of writing) interpreter features tracing, profiling, binding, and shrounding, all of which are *useless* if all you want to be able to do is run euphoria programs.
