1. On this day, it is propose that an official armistice to be signed by all the member parties of the war that began back in December 2001. 2. The country of Australia is defined as the states and territories of Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, and the ACT. 3. If agreed to by all concerned, the war will officially end with the following conditions: a. GF will stay in the state of Western Australia. b. The STAR coalition of Roger, R.K., and Jim will administer the region known as Eastern Australia defined as the current provinces of Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania. 4. Crossing the current boundary by any buzz board member into the state of Western Australia will constitute an act of war between GF and themselves. Crossing the boundary into Eastern Australia (as defined above) by GF forces will constitute an act of war with the allied powers known as STARS. 5. For a period of 12 months as set forth by the month of the end of hostilities: a. Roger's forces will have free and open access to the area in and around Brisbane, Australia for a radius of 500km. b. Jim's forces will have free and open access to the islands of Lord Howe and Norfolk for a radius of 500km. c. R.K.'s forces will have free and open access to all of Tasmania. 6. After the 12 month period, the STAR Power responsible for an area may turn it over to the free government of Australia or maintain control of it for an additional year, after which time all areas under allied control shall revert to the free government of Australia. The free government of Australia shall not include Galoobfan, it shall be treated as a non-player country and it shall be immune from aggressive action by all players. 7. If another MMM player joins from Australia during any period of administration by the STAR Powers, such new player shall be entitled to a fair and reasonable territorial accommodation depending on the size of his or her force, subject to making satisfactory arrangements regarding the status of Allied forces remaining. Such MMM player either must have been born in Australia, currently live in Australia or hold Australian citizenship. 8. If no new player joins from Australia, then Galoobfan may reclaim Eastern Australia after it has been held for one year by the free government of Australia. 9. All non-STARS MMM players (excluding Adam) will leave continental Australia immediately. 10. The signing of this treaty will include a non-aggression pact between the Sovereign states of Western Australia and New Zealand, and then Australia and New Zealand for a period not less than 4 years. As a clause in this pact, the Strategic Bombing assets of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) will remain based solely in Western Australia, this deployment open to ground inspection by members of the MMNZDF.
