Latest Information about Registration
    (1) Early Registration is due, and there is a $10 late fee for 
        symposium and $20 for short course registration;
    (2) The banquet tickets are limited due to the restaurant size, 
        so register early; 
    (3) We have to cancel the short courses #1, #4 and #6(workshop),
        sorry for those who registered for those courses. You have 
        privilege to decide whether you like to switch to other
        courses or get total refund.
