L.U. Cipha is a subterrain group coming up from the gates of hell. The members consist of HEX and Sianide who both have both been rhymin since they was in junior high with a hella lot of names. But in 1997 the forces of L.U. Cipha recognized and then came the basement productions. In 1998 L.U. Cipha came out with official EP which was called the Witchez Brew. Hex then went solo for awhile and came out with two albums known as Devil's Mask and the Gates Of Hell. Finally in October of 99 L.U. Cipha came out with their second release the Witchez Bible, this LP contains 22 tracks of nothing but hardcore rapping. They plan to come out with lots more.
