NOTE: Only active members can nominate an individual for induction into the Indiana County Sports Hall of Fame.

Indiana County natives and all individuals that have been prominent in county sports will receive consideration.

Living nominees must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Minimum 55 years of age
• Association with given sport(s) minimum 25 years
• Retired from given sport(s) minimum three years

For deceased nominees:

• Must have been deceased for a minimum of one year

NOTE: Members submitting nominees must be willing to respond to requests for information by the induction committee. This may include information needed confirm the eligibility of the nominee and the nominee’s qualifications for induction.
