There ...
Once was a man from Kiwaninahaw,
And over the mountains he came.
He crossed all the rivers
And swam every sea,
His travels were legendary.
I was but sixteen when he came to town,
And I still remember his smell:
He smelled like a creature
That's been dead for weeks,
His voice was like dungeon door squeaks.
All of the town's folk took him to the pond
And washed him until he was raw.
He ran off so fast he was already gone,
Back home to Kiwaninahaw.
