MANAGE THOSE MUNCHIES!!
I ALLWAYS PLAN FOR SNACKS! 
I KNOW THAT AROUND 3:00-4:00 IN THE AFTERNOON AND AGAIN AT NIGHT-I'M GONNA GET THE MUNCHIES! SO  EVERY DAY I CUT-UP 2 "DIET" BARS into  8 PEICES
(I USE SLIM-FAST MEAL -ON-THE GO , POUNDS-OFF  AND JENNY CRAIG BARS-- USE WHAT YOU LIKE!)
THEN I JUST NIBBLE A COUPLE PEICES  WITH A COUPLE MINI RICE CAKES OR BAKED CHIPS AND A BOTTLE OF WATER WHEN EVER I NEED A SNACK-- 
IT ENDS MY "SWEET TOOTH"-- MY BIG DOWNFALL!
NEVER SHOP HUNGRY!

I allways eat a Meal right befor I get Groceries-- Then I'm less likely to buy snacks and other "spur of the moment" items! AND I keep a bottle of water in the car.. to drink on the way to the store, and on the way home-- so as not to eat in the car!!
BON'  APETITE'  !!!
AT DINNERTIME, I FIND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO FEEL FULL, BUT NOT "STUFFED"...AND TO KEEP THE CALORIES FROM FAT REALLY LOW!  OUR METABOLISMS START TO LOWER BETWEEN 3-4 HOURS BEFOR OUR USUAL BEDTIME... SLOWING OUR DIGESTION, AND MAKING THE HOURS AFTER 8:00 PM
THE MOST LIKELY TIME THAT OUR FOOD WILL BE "STORED" MORE THAN "BURNED" (see exercise!)
HER IS HOW I HANDLE
DINNER:
I START WITH A TOSSED SALAD w/ FAT-FREE DRESSING--OR-- A FAT-FREE SOUP

ENTREE' IS USUALLLY VEGETABLE BASED-- LIKE STIR-FRY   
OR  
A BIG TACO SALAD /
A CHEF SALAD W/ MEAT & LOW FAT CHEESE

AND I ALLWAYS HAVE  FRUIT AS A LAST COURSE!
MY NIGHTIME ATTACK!
AT NIGHT, I'M ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED A SNACK BEFOR BED...AND NOW STUDIES SHOW THAT A BED-TIME SNACK CAN ACTUALLY HELP STABLIZE BLOOD SUGAR, AND DOES NOT HURT YOUR DIET-- AS LONG AS THE EXTRA CALORIES ARE PLANNED-FOR, AND KEPT BETWEEN 150-250 CALORIES.
I USUALLY HAVE 1 SERVING of LIGHT MICROWAVE POPCORN,
A PEICE OF FRUIT, OR 2-3 PEICES OF DIET BAR "LEFT-OVER" FROM EARLIER FOR JUST THIS PURPOSE!

AND DON'T FORGET THE WATER!   YOU SHOULD'VE DRANK 3 QUARTS BY NOW!
 
THIS IS WHEN MY MOTIVATION BOOST BEGINS!!
I LISTEN TO A HYPNOSIS FOR WEIGHT-CONTROL TAPE WHILE I SLEEP (it's called a somnabolistic tape-- it's supposed to be listened-to while sleeping only!)
IT REALLY WORKS!  I  NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE !!
