HERE IT IS! The LIFE-LONGHEALTHY EATING PLAN!
#1- NO ADDED FAT!!! I no longer add Mayo, Butter, Oil, Sour Cream,or Salad dressing unless it is FAT FREE.. And Limit Fried Food to ONCE a WEEK!
#2-VEGGIES DON'T COUNT!! as long as You aren't eating corn, peas, dried/baked-beans, or potato's-- EAT AS MANY VEGGIES AS YOU WANT! BUT: NO OIL OR BUTTER!
#3-LIMIT SUGAR! Allow Yourself 1 Tbs of Sugar a day for coffee/tea, or 2 soda's a day-- and only eat a SLIVER of dessert once-or-twice a week!
#4- ONLY LOW FAT DAIRY and limit how much & how often !I Limit Myself to 8oz of SKIM Milk -OR- 2oz Low-fat/Fat-Free Cheese 3 days a week!
#5- DRINK 3 QUARTS OF WATER A DAY! It may seem like an awful lor-- but when you break-it-up through the Day, it's gone before You know it!
#6- TAKE VITAMINE SUPPLIMENTS! A One-a-day Type is Fine-- MAKE SURE it is a COMPLETE Vitamine & Mineral Tablet. |
