Welcome to COOTM! This stands for Charmed One Of The Month. It is another art thing. You, the members can enter by drawing a doll version of a Charmed One. It can be Piper, Phoebe, Paige or Prue. It is preferred that you do the drawing yourself. Usually it will be any outfit or scene but at certain times of the year we will have themes.
You could choose your favourite sister or a random one. After you have drawn it and put it into the computer just enter your drawing. Like FOTM it would be easier to have the drawing on one of your pets page and I will need the URL to advertise your drawing below.
