It was supposed to be Jaye's big night, but instead, she was driving in the heavy snow because of an unexpected phone call. She just received news that her brother Patrick was diagnosed with leukemia and may die from it. Jaye was hoping that she could donate a bone marrow to help Patrick, but when she reached her mother's house, she was told that Patrick wasn't her biological brother. Not only were they both adopted, they were sold illegally. Jaye was furious and shocked, and she didn't know what to do. Patrick was slowly dying, and he was in a desperate need for a marrow transplant. Unfortunately, he had a rare bone marrow type because of his Asian descent. Their foster mother, Nona, begged Jaye to go to Cawdor, Oklahoma, where they were both sold as babies by Dr.Hunsinger, to try to find Patrick's real family. To save her beloved brother, Jaye goes on the difficult quest, not knowing the danger she will put herself in.

When Jaye goes to Oklahoma, no one is willing to talk about the baby selling incident that took place 30 years ago. It seems as if Hunsinger controlled the county. Jaye finally meets a lawyer, Turner Gibson who is also looking for his client's son, one of Hunsinger's baby. He is willing to help Jaye, but wants her to go home. Jaye refuses to go home, so they continue working on the case together. But people don't want them to snoop around, especially Jaye because she looks like a girl who was murdered years ago. The sheriff attempted to scare them away by shooting them. A lady was finally willing to offer them information. She sold them a list of 5 names for a fair amount of money, but then she became the victim of cold blooded murder. Jaye and Turner were getting closer to finding the truth. They were traveling elsewhere to meet with the women on the list. They also found Jaye's biological mother, but she wasn't willing to talk. Jaye and Turner were starting to fall in love, but Turner has a secret that he is trying to hide. Jaye received a phone call from a mysterious man in Cawdor who claims he knows the information that she is seeking. Jaye is determined to go back to Cawdor to meet him, but Turner feels that it is too good to be true. When they were at the airport, Jaye found out about Turner's secret and broke off with him. Turner received a call that a women was willing to sell him valuable information if he was willing to pay. Turner decided to meet with her, and it was worth it. He was able to find Patrick's biological family. He rushes back to the airport, but Jaye was already gone.

It turned out that Jaye was set up. She was captured by LaBonny, the sheriff, and his 2 men. They wanted to capture Turner also, but he was nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Turner chases after Jaye, hoping to beg for forgiveness by showing her this good news. He then gets a call from Jaye's biological mother and she tells him the whole truth behind Hunsinger's story. Turner is now terrified for Jaye. LaBonny has Jaye handcuffed and covered with a dirty blanket in their truck. They wait for Turner outside. They plan to rape Jaye and kill Turner. Uh, oh! When Turner arrives, LaBonny points a rifle to his head. All of a sudden, there is an explosion by the truck....

This is a really good book, it kept me flipping pages nonstop. This contains horror, suspense, sorrow, romance, and sex all wrapped up in this dramatic, little package called Whose Little Girl Are You? If they don't have a movie about this, they ought to. It's one of the best suspense thriller of all times, filled with vividly grotesque scenes as well.
