I've been on the search to find some Ichigo look a likes, but fortunately couldn't find any since Ichigo is a unique manga/anime character. However my first impression of Ichigo was that she seemed to have something in common with Kinomoto Sakura from "Cardcaptor Sakura" and Sakura some how reminds me of Ichigo, so I assume that they look a like. Besides if you look at Ichigo's face & colour her hair, eyebrows & eyes exactly the same colours as Sakura's, she will end up looking like Sakura's twin sister.
Not only do they look a like, but their personalities are similiar because they are both afraid of ghosts, always running late, always going after their crush (Sakura goes after Yukito-san), has a magical ability and if you minus Tomoyo's battle costumes their dress sense are similair.
