At Caf� Mew Mew all the Mew girls except Ichigo, were all dressed up in their waitress outfits & was cleaning up. As per usual Ichigo comes running late & as she opens the entrance door she was catching her breath. The other Mew girls explain to Ichigo that she was always late & Zakuro told Ichigo to hurry up & get ready, so Ichigo rushes to get changed. Meanwhile Ryou & Keiichiro was in the research room to research more about Tokyo & the Kirema Anima�s.
It was time that Caf� Mew Mew opens, so Retasu goes out side of the entrance of the Caf� to turn around the �closed� sign to �open.� Just as she turned around she meets Ryou & she said �hi�, then she turned all shy around him.
When Caf� Mew Mew closed, Ryou explains whereabouts the aliens were about to attack next. Ryou took the Mew girls to the research room, than together with Keiichiro, they fully explain about all of their research. Encouraged by Zakuro, the Mew girls believe they got what it takes to defeat all of the Kirema Anima�s & save Tokyo.
Later on when all Caf� Mew Mew was cleaned up with the chairs staked up on the tables all of the Mew girls left the Caf�, except for Retasu. She saw Ryou sitting alone & looking out of the window, so she decided to let him try some of her cake which she made. When Ryou agrees that he shall eat the cake Retasu turns all happy & she asks him if the cake was delicious? Ryou replies with a �yes.� As they talk, Keiichiro watches over them.
Meanwhile, out on the streets, Zakuro wears a disguise & watches herself perform as a model on a big screen, while Purin goes home looking nervous & her brothers/sisters were happily giving each other a group hug and Minto sits outside in front of her home having tea and chatting to her grandma.
At the Kendo club, Ichigo goes looking for Masaya, but he was not there. She asks a man if he has seen him, but when he replied with a �no�. Ichigo starts to phone Masaya, but he did not answer which begins to concern her. At that moment Masaya was walking along the streets in a strange way & was dazzled.
The three aliens appear! Pai & Taruto asks Kisshu for their next plan. Kisshu explains to them about the awakening of Deep Blue & its powers. Pai was very serious, but unsure about the idea, where as Taruto had a belief in Kisshu. As Taruto follows Kisshu�s plan, Pai began to have a down fall with Kisshu & he called him an idolt.
Ichigo walks near a park, then her phone rings. For a moment she thought it was Masaya, but it was Masaya�s mum. From the phone call Ichigo could tell Masaya is in some kind of trouble.
Kisshu & Taruto looked at the collection of Kirema Animas�s with fast speed. They plan to use those types of monsters to attack the city. Kisshu�s nest plan was to go after Ichigo.
Ryou & Retasu runs into the research room to find that there was an emergency signal on the computer. Retasu knew she had to do something about it so she runs out of Caf� Mew Mew & transforms & fights with the Kirema Anima�s along with the other Mew girls, except for Ichigo who is desperately on the search for Masaya, and she contact Ryou & Keiichiro to tell them about him. From Ichigo�s words, Ryou & Keiichiro contact the other Mew girls & tells them about Masaya & the location of where he is.
Kisshu & Pai finds Masaya & tells him about the awakening of Deep Blue, Masaya was confused? While Ichigo was still in the search for Masaya runs into a Kirema Anima, so she transforms & attacks. Kisshu launches a force on Masaya to awaken Deep Blue, but he applied too much pressure & finds out that Deep Blue spirit has not awaken yet. Ichigo still on the search was out of breath, but she finally finds Masaya lying next to Kisshu & Taruto. Ichigo started to get angry with Kisshu & shouts out �What have you done to him?� As Ichigo approaches Masaya & before she could even reach him a light began to glow from Masaya & a powerful force surrounded Tokyo. Keiichiro knew that it was a sign of trouble & they needed to find the next Mew Aqua. The other Mew girls finally arrived next to Ichigo & to see Masaya turning in to Deep Blue.
