Ryou is very found & interested in watching over Ichigo and he seems to have abit of a crush on her. He is Keiichiro's assistant & helps him with research on the "Mew project" His job is to guide the Mew girls & help them with the mission. Like Ichigo, Ryou is also injected with a DNA of a wild cat, therefore he can turn into a cat. When he is in his cat he uses the name "Alto" & protects Ichigo in her cat form too! however he can only remain in his cat form for a limited amount of time before he turns back into human.
