My main alter-ego and arugably the most famous and popular of the three (that's counting Asuka).

Transformation
Katsukki can change into a cat (more specifically, a kitten due to her age in cat years). In her cat form, she ages differently (and notably faster) than in her humanoid/catgirl form. Katsukki can also tranform into a more normal-looking puff, where she is called "Kathryn."
Katsukki's origins are a slight mystery. What is known is that she was born on the Great Cosmos and prior to arriving on Earth, she was a lighthearted and occasionally scatterbrained but loyal servant to the Prince of All Cosmos (or the Prince as he is commonly called). Katsukki was sent to Earth by the King of All Cosmos to observe Earth and its ways. It didn't take long for her, after arriving in the city of Fourside, to become attached to the city and her new friends on Earth.
Cosmic Lightning
Katsukki can fire lightning powered by "the Power of the Cosmos" through her antenna.
Cosmic Telepathy
Her antenna can pick up psychic waves and Katsukki can send some of her own. She also has this ability, albeit in the more traditional form, as Kathryn.
Enhanced Senses
Being a catgirl and occasionally a cat, Katsukki naturally has the senses of a cat.
Matter Materialization
Katsukki can harness raw energy of "the Power of the Cosmos" to create new objects. Also, since she is one of the "Creators" (special puffs and ruffs who can create alternate universes and are born with a doppleganger who inhabits a "real world," as in "our" world), despite her extraterrestrial origins, Katsukki can create an alternate universe.
Space Respiration
Being a Cosmic, particularly a Royal one (or just an alien in general), this ability is necessary
Cosmic Telekinesis
An ability related to Cosmic Telepathy, Katsukki can move things with her mind.
