Gerald Carnahan, known to me as dad (Jerry). He was born Dec. 14, 19??, in Dixon IL. He married a woman named Pam, together they had a daughter named Wendy. I dont have much information on Pam or Wendy. Wendy, I do know is not with us any longer. She died I believe it was skin cancer. I did have the pleasure to met my half sister. Many years ago when I was a teen Wendy was getting married and wanted her biological fahter to give her away. Pam. Wendys mother conntacted, Pauline my fathers half sister, to see if she knew where he was. Well, my Aunt Pauline conntacted us, and we were there for the wedding, it was simple, but beautiful. If memory severs me right I was a brides maid, possible the maid of honor I'm not sure which, for it was a long time ago. Wendy did divorce, and later died.
Pam and Jerry divored. I dont know if it was before or after Pam, that he went into the military. While he was in the Air force, Jerry met my mother Zelma Joy. they had a son together, but did not marry until 8 months after he was born.   My father spent time in Veitnam, during the war. I came along 3 1/2 years after my brother Larry. Then 5 1/2 year later came my baby brother, David, known as David Ray.
   Because my father was in the Air Froce we moved around quit a bit. From Cailfornia to New Hampshire, Korea, and Spain (where David Ray was born).
Jerry retired from the Air Force in California, we stayed there for a while, but ended up in IL. where I spent 6 years growing up, before I married.
   But Finally, my parents are here in TX. with me!

Zelma Joy, known to me as mom (Zel). born in Witicha KS, Sept. 29, 1945. She spent some time in the Navy but was dicharged.. She had a little girl named Julie. She was born Aug.2, 1962 (same month and day as myself exactly 10 years before) at St Francis Hospital Witchta, KS. Julie was adopted by a family from Goodland KS. I will do research on the adoption in the future and post what information I can. Zel and Jerry married Dec. 2, 1969. and they are still together after all these years, living here in TX. close to me. I will post a picture on here when I can get a chance to scan it.
