Audrey Hair!
Over her film career, Audrey's hair changed many times.  She went from long and luxe to short and cute.  We have pictures, as well as instructions, so that you can get the Audrey hair, an essential part of the Audrey look.
The Short Styles
The Real Deal
The Imitators
How to get it:
-Have your stylist match the cut.
-If you don't want to cut your hair short, as Audrey did in Sabrina, consider the tucked back style she often wore that imitated short hair.
-Bangs are key to the look. Get short, slightly choppy bangs, that are slightly past your forehead's midway mark, but not too close to the eyebrows.
-Go for a cheek-length bob, with a slightly rounded shape.
-Short styles are best for the Sabrina look and the Roman Holiday look.
The Long Styles
The Real Deal
The Imitators
How to get it:
-Grow your hair to about shoulder length, but keep the bangs.
-Keep it simple. Audrey never wore very complicated styles that looked artificial.
-Don't wear all of the hair loose.  No matter what, at least a portion of her hair was pulled back somehow.  The only exception to this rule is the hairstyle Audrey wore in Green Mansions.  Otherwise, always pull the crown area away from the face.
-Long styles are best suited for the Breakfast at Tiffany's look.  The French twist is classic and simple.
-If you're going for the off-screen Audrey look-just wear a simple ponytail
The French Twist
-Comb bangs forward
-French roll the back of the hair, by twisting it upward until you reach the crown.
-Lightly comb the crown over the end of the twist, and pin into place.
-The hair should have a bouffant effect in the front, but a sleeker look in the back
-Finish it off with a crystal-studded tiara, tucked right into the front of the twist
The Pixie
-Get the hair cut in a pixie
-Make sure the design tapers to the head
-The length should be shortest in the back, and longest in the crown.
-To get a simple, sleek look, comb the hair into the desired shape while  wet, then let it dry undisturbed.
