I have team Protoman, but I don't think it matters. I need help with NebulaGray! Here is my folder:

That's a great folder, but even with the perfect folder... Nebula Gray's next to impossible to defeat. My advice, Start over and play the game multiple times. You'll get better every time you face him, and eventually you'll beat him.

This is where I step in. (Team Umbreon, restarting the game ain't a good idea -liberation missions-)

Since this is your first try, I suggest that you go fight it just to see how it attacks, then go and perk up some HP Memories and raise your NaviCustomizer buster stats. You should be able to defeat it in some tries, but still try to add 3 darkchips for ChaosUnison and 6 different chips for SoulUnison giving you a total of 9 souls in the battle.

Tip: try some Program Advances.

Ok, I already know how he attacks. I have the Navicust Programs HP+ 100, Air Shoes, Attack+1 Speed +1. I would add more, but Air Shoes takes alot of space. Megaman's HP is 580. For ChaosUnison does ProtoSoul's DarkSwrd attack work? And how about MediSoul for DarkRecovery?

Find the navi custimizer in the undernet and power up your stats (use bugs if you have to). Now you have Protosoul not Colonel so it's going to be a bit harder. Use area grabs to steal his area and slice and dice using swords. Use lots of Invis* and GunSols'. Always keep air shoes.

Add busterplus programs, add an undershirt, and place humorsense outside the command line and remove the airshoes.

Because the emotion will randomly change and that makes you have full synchro and anger randomly without getting hit nor doing counter and it comes back and comes back.

Okay, thanks for the help guys. I still haven't beat NebulaGray yet, but I thought up a new strategy. I edited my folder so I don't have DrkThunder anymore, but I have DarkSword and Dark Tornado, I took out WideBlade and replaced it with Sword for the LifeSword PA, and I found NeoVariableSword in the Undernet. (If only I could press the buttons fast enough to use the Double LifeSword combo for the NeoVarSwrd, maybe I'll try the SuperSonicBoom combo)

Allright, now that you finished the story you can do the rest.

In other words you can enter now Nebula Hole located in Undernet2 (Undernet2>Undernet3 -go to left side- >Undernet2) there will be a golden program, and it will say that if you want to enter it (NOTE: you will need 100 standard chips on your library) when you enter it there will be another Liberation Mission (ANOTHER NOTE: It will be hard from here).

Beware, once you open the door, all viruses will be one level stronger (EX: Mettaur >>>> Mettaur 2)
