Lemon Infused Potatoes
Recipe from Ya Ya Mary's in Houston

*Dorothy says these Greek potatoes are delicious and
 that you could half the recipe.

10 potatoes, peeled (100 count)
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 lb. butter
6 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup lemon juice
salt

Pour mixture over peeled potatoes and bake covered 
at 350 for 1 hour. 
Liquid should be 3/4 or more up the potatoes.
