Dorothy's Pudding Brownies

1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix (not instant)
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup nuts (pecans)

Cook the pudding mix as directed.  When boiling, add to
the cake mix in a bowl.

Mix together, then pour into a greased cake pan (9 X 11).

Pour chips and nuts on top and bake in 350 deg. oven for
35 - 40 min.
