Teena's Mud Pie

1st Layer:

1 cup Flour
1 cup pecans
1 stk. margarine

* Blend and spread.  Bake at 350 deg. for 20 min.

2nd Layer:

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 cups Cool Whip *(you will need extra for topping)

* Mix well and spread over cooled crust.

3rd Layer:

1 lg. pkg. Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 lg. pkg. Instand Vanilla Pudding
4 cups milk

* Blend until thick.

4th Layer:

Top with remaining Cool Whip.  Garnish with cherries and
grated chocolate.
