Heavenly Hash Paninis Serves 6 1/2 stick butter, melted 12 slices cinnamon swirl bread, such as Pepperidge Farm or Sara Lee 6 ozs. semisweet chocolate chips 12 ozs. mini marshmallows 2 ozs. chopped pecans, almonds or other nuts of your choice 1. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. 2. Brush 3 slices of bread with melted butter and place them butter side down into the pan. 3. Top each slice of bread with 1 ounce chocolate chips and 2 ounces marshmallows then sprinkle them with chopped pecans. 4. Place another slice of bread on top of each panini and brush the tops with more butter. 5. Grill the paninis over medium high heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side pressing them down with the back of the spatula to weight them down as they cook. 6. Paninis are ready when the outsides are golden and crisp and the insides are melted. Remove paninis from the pan and continue the steps with the remaining ingredients. Serve warm.
