Round Steak in Gravy

4 lbs round steak, browned 
2 carrots sliced 
2 onions, sliced 
1 package dry onion and mushroom soup mix 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup 
1 can water 
Salt and Pepper

Season steak with salt and pepper and brown.
Place half of round steak, carrots, and onions in slow cooker. 
Combine dry onion and mushroom soup mix with 
cream of mushroom soup and water. 
Pour half of sauce over steak, carrots, and onions. 
Repeat layers. Cook on high 6-8 hours.
