Grilled Mahi-Mahi 2 tablespoons soy sauce 5 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced Harissa * see note below (you can substitute with Cayenne Pepper & Garlic Powder) Cut fish into 6 or 8 equal pieces, then rinse and pat dry. Rub soy mixture all over fish. Sprinkle with Harissa. If making ahead, cover and chill up to 30 minutes. Grill fish, turning once, until it is barely opaque and still moist-looking in thickest part (cut to test), 8 to 10 minutes total. Note: Harissa is a spicy North African seasoning that contains hot chiles, cumin, garlic, coriander and caraway. It can be found at Whole Foods and at specialty food markets. * This fish would make great fish tacos - served with cabbage, guacamole and mango salsa.
