Dorothy's Famous Mexican Corn Salad 

2 Cans White Shoe Peg Corn - drained
5 Stalks Celery - finely chopped    
1 Bell Pepper - finely chopped
1 Med. Onion - finely chopped      
1 Sm. Jar Pimento


 Dressing:  
2/3 Cup Wesson Oil       
2 Tsps. Salt
4 Tbsps. Wine Vinegar
1 TSP. Black Pepper
Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over the corn and
chopped veggies. Marinate overnight for best results.
