Macaroni and Cheese * This recipe was adapted from June's Daddy's original recipe * 1 lb. bag of Elbow Macaroni 3 blocks of Sharp Cheddar Cheese 5 eggs 1 cup Milk (more if needed) Salt & Pepper Put the macaroni to boil and get the other ingredients ready. - Preheat the oven at 350 deg. - Shred the cheese and set it aside. - Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt & pepper. - Butter a casserole dish and set it aside. When everything is ready: 1.) Layer half of the cooked macaroni in the bottom of the casserole dish & layer half of the shredded cheese on top. Then layer the rest of the macaroni and finish with a layer of cheese on top. 2.) Pour the egg and milk mixture over the macaroni and cheese. 3.) Bake in a 350 deg. oven for about 30 min. or until the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked.
