Mo's Sugar Free Apple Pie
2 Frozen Pie Shells
2 Prepared Pie Shell Tops
5-6 Granny Smith Apples Sliced
1 Lg. Can Pineapple Chunks or Pineapple Juice
Unsweetened
10-12 Pkts. Sweet & Low
1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Raisins & Walnuts (optional)
In a large bowl place the peeled and sliced apples,
juice from the pineapple chunks or 1/2 cup pineapple
juice, the equivalent of 1 cup of sugar (using Sweet &
Low.
Add the flour, mix well and let marinate for 5 to 10 min.
Place this mixture in the pie shells and cover with the
tops. Cut a few vents to let the steam escape.
Bake at 350 deg. for 45 min. to an hour.
Delicious by itself or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
