Hanging Ghosts

These hanging ghosts are really easy to make and they look 
great for the Halloween season. You can hang them around for 
a party or even give them to trick-or-treaters. 

First take a ordinary bag of suckers and some kleenex or tissue 
paper. Put a sucker in the middle and wrap around.
 
Tie the "head" of the ghost with a elastic or twist tie.
 
Decorate the face of the ghost and presto you've got a really 
neat decoration.
 
Tie a string around the elastic or twist tie and hang. 
Or give them out on halloween.

It also works if you fill the "head" with small candies and 
then tie.
