Bloodshot Eyeballs Cupcake

12 unfrosted cupcakes 
1 can white frosting
red DecACake Writing Icing tube 
Lifesavers GummiesŪ 
DecACake Writing Icing tube 
 
Directions:       
         
1.  Frost cupcakes in a circular motion to cover cupcake top. 

2.  Use red DecACake Writing Icing tube to make eyes bloodshot.  
Add a gummy candy to the center of each cupcake.  

Fill the center of the gummy candy to complete the eyeball.
