Holiday on Ice (2 gallons)

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 can pineapple juice (46 oz.)
2 cans apricot nectar (11.5 oz.)
1 can frozen orange juice (12 oz.)
2 liters Sprite or 7-Up
1 bottle imitation rum extract (1 oz.)
1/2 bottle imitation almond extract (1 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 jar maraschino cherries, crushed (16 oz.)

Mix all ingredients and freeze. 
When ready to use, defrost, chop with spoon, serve and ENJOY!

NOTE:
You could use real Rum and Amaretto in place of the extracts.
