Frothy Pina Colada 4 drinks 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 cup pineapple juice 3/4 cup light rum 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring 4 ice cubes, cracked Pineapple chunks Maraschino cherries Process coconut milk, juice, rum and coconut flavoring with cracked ice in a blender until smooth and frothy. Pour into stemmed glasses and garnish with pineapple chunks and cherries. Top with dollop of whipped cream.
