4 dozen. 

Cut your "fresh" jalapeno peppers in half and de-seed  
( ware gloves) it really hurts!

Take cream cheese softened and put in with a knife, 
wrap a whole piece of bacon around it and put on 
cookie sheet and bake for 45 mins at 350.
